Councilwoman Ullman traveled to Washington, D.C. with fourteen elected leaders to advocate for Western North Carolina recovery with Congress, Senators, FEMA, and the White House. She launches "Coffee With a Councilwoman" and invites neighbors to Ultra Coffebar on May 6.
